We will start the retreat the morning of the 6th. Accommodations are included for the nights of Feb 5-14, and we will finish the morning of the 15th. As we may all have different travel plans that day, we will finish with a morning meditation and Qi Kung practice and then have a final breakfast together before traveling on.
DAILY ITINERARY:
o Massage o Swimming o Shopping
o
Optional sightseeing adventures
WEATHER: Expect warm to hot days 30C or 85F. Most days will be clear and sunny but as we are on the tail end of the rainy season we could experience some afternoon showers. Sometimes it can be muggy during the day but generally very pleasant. CLOTHING: As the Balinese are Hindu visitors should be sensitive to acceptable clothing styles. Although this town is used to western style dress for trips to temples etc women must wear long skirts or sarongs, blouses with sleeves and often a sash around the waist. I have usually bought an appropriate wardrobe when I've arrived very reasonably priced. Good sturdy walking shoes or sandals for trekking are a must.
