Read Island Retreats 2008Meditation, Yoga, Pranayama (breath exercises), Chi Kung, Tai Chi, Self-Massage
Great care will be used to make the retreat flexible but strong enough for all participants. Our days begin at 7:00 A.M. and end at 9:00 P.M.—10 hours of practice a day are offered. Each day will include breath work, Inner Smile and Microcosmic Orbit meditations, self massage, Iron Shirt Chi Kung, Tai Chi, bone marrow work, Hatha Yoga and Healing Love practice in conjunction with opportunity for massage, drumming, kayaking, swimming or hiking during breaks and evenings . All meals are vegetarian and can be designed for specific dietary needs or tastes. Please inform us beforehand of any food sensitivities
