Bali Retreats with Brenda Dempsey February 5-15 and March 12-22, 2009 $1200 per person COSTS INCLUDE:
Not included: Flight to/from Bali, meals not mentioned above, beverages other than water, occasional taxis to split with others, trip insurance on person or baggage.
VISAS: To enter Indonesia we must all have visas. When you enter at the airport in Denpasar, Bali you can buy a 30 day visa for $25. I assume they are still taking US $ although the amount may increase. PASSPORTS: Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia. Please check your expiration date on your passport. You must also have a return or onward ticket with you to enter. Those staying 60 days must get there visa from their local embassy or consulate before arriving in Indonesia.
FLIGHTS: I checked prices on the usual airlines and they do vary. Expedia gave me the best prices and variety of flights. Cathay Pacific has some reasonable rates right now and lots of availability. Mostly we'll be flying through Seoul, Hong Kong or Singapore. Check on line or with your travel agent. Plan to get your tickets early to avoid disappointment. I will be booking my flight in the next few weeks.
PAYMENT: The retreat cost is $1200, $100 discount for shared room. A deposit of $600 will hold your place in the retreat. Deposit is required by October 1, 2008, payable by cheque, VISA or MasterCard. To pay by VISA phone me at 250-285-3054 and provide your VISA number and expiry date. CANCELLATION POLICY: $600 deposit will be
charged when registering for the workshop, the balance is due 60 days
before the beginning of the workshop.

be refunded less $100 per person service charge if you need to cancel up to 60
days before the beginning date. After that day only when we can fill your spot
with someone else. No refunds for itinerary deviations made by you. We recommend
